
| A Commercial Mortgage
is a loan secured against a Commercial Property. We are able to
arrange funding for the purchase, development, or refinance of
all kinds of commercial property. How much can you borrow? In general terms most lenders will offer finance up to 85% of the property value (85% LTV). In some instances we may be able to offer products up to 100% LTV. Rates Different lenders have different products but in general rates are normally linked to the Bank of England Base Rate or LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate). The
rate applicable is closely aligned to the loan to value (LTV)
of the property you are financing. Rates start as low as 0.75%
above BBR. We can arrange your new mortgage on a Capital
and Interest basis or we can offer an Interest Only repayment
for 3 years followed by Capital and Interest repayments for
the remainder of the term (subject to conditions). |
